1. |
We truly believe in the
"Golden Rule" - You will be treated as you should
be: with respect and decency, using "Truth and
Honesty" as the foundation for all that we do. |
| 2. |
We handle all sizes and phases of
projects - From concept to completion, we do it all, or we
will participate with you in a hybridized project, where you
take care of some parts of the project. |
| 3. |
Extremely High Quality Workmanship
- Your project will be accomplished by experienced
professionals. Our experience and skills are unsurpassed
and we have a long and extremely successful record of
accomplishment with a large number of repeat clients. |
| 4. |
Your project is fully guaranteed
- Your project is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for
three years from the original date of completion. |
| 5. |
We are modern, up to date,
computerized professionals - Your project is planned to meet
your demands with accurate scheduling, job cost following,
contracts, etc. |
| 6. |
You will be dealing with the owners
of the business - I am a licensed, college educated, Home
Improvement Contractor with over 20 years, full time, local experience. |
| 7. |
Clean work sites - Your home
will be kept neat and clean. Unlike others in our field,
we take every measure necessary to practice "No Trace
Contracting". |
| 8. |
Liability Insurance Protection
- You will be happy to know that in the event of an accident
(related to our project) we have extensive and complete
Liability Insurance Coverage (exceeding one million dollars)
through State Farm Insurance Company. We have worked for
many years with a local agent to provide maximum coverage to
protect our clients and our business. |
| 9. |
Workers Compensation Coverage -
Washington State Labor and Industries covers all our workmen for
work related injuries. It protects you from liability
should a workman be injured while on your property. This
insurance coverage is not required for one-man operations and
may leave you exposed. Labor and Industries relies heavily
on the honor system and I have found that many small contractors
cheat by failing to report workers hours to the State. We
are fully insured. |
| 10. |
Down Payment is Normally Not
Required - If a contractor asks for a large down payment,
this may be a tip-off that they are in poor financial
shape. If custom ordered items are needed early in the
project then a down payment is appropriate, otherwise payment
should be made as work progresses. Our employers pay most
of us after we have done our job. Why should Contractors
be any different? |
